Energy Audit

If you would like to know how your home performs in the realm of energy efficiency, you may want to consider having an energy audit performed on our home. An energy audit looks at the condition of the systems of existing homes.  Leakage testing of both the thermal envelope and the heating and cooling duct work can help owners find ways to stop unnecessary air leakage which can drive up utility costs.  Audits can be conducted by HERS, BPI, and DET certified contractors.
